Before your consultation

Gather your date, time and place of birth as accurately as you can - check your birth certificate or hospital record if possible. Write down your question in a specific, clear way rather than a broad one; for example, 'is a job change likely in the coming year' rather than 'tell me about my career'. If you have more than one question, note which one matters most to you right now.

During the consultation
