Booking submissions are stored in a secured database (or, during local development only, a local file) accessible solely to Shri Deepak Pawar's team. It is not exposed publicly, indexed by search engines, or accessible without authentication.

Access is limited to Shri Deepak Pawar and the team members directly involved in scheduling and conducting consultations.
WhatsApp communication
Consultation confirmation and payment instructions are communicated via WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices in addition to this policy.
Retention
We retain booking information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide consultation services and to meet reasonable record-keeping or legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Deletion requests
